Two Dogs Art Gallery prides itself on giving local artists the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work. We enjoy having a wide variety of styles and media represented in our shows. While we do make the final decision as to what we display and how and where we display it, we try not to be overly judgmental when it comes to choosing the pieces that appear in our gallery. We believe that every serious artist, well known or not, deserves the opportunity to let the public see the work that he or she has created. The gallery itself, though only about 700 square feet, has an open floor plan that allows a surprisingly large number of works to be displayed. We change the show every two months and hold an artists' reception in the evening during the first week of each show. In addition to notifying everyone on our mailing list we send out press releases to all of the local newspapers and list these events on various art-related websites. We provide refreshments to all who attend and we are fortunate to have a parking lot behind the gallery in addition to the regular street parking in front of the gallery.
