The opening reception for our next exhibition will take place on Wednesday evening, June 4th, from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served and there is plenty of free parking both in front of and behind the gallery. The show will remain at the gallery until Thursday, July 31st. All of the featured artworks will be available for sale.

Eleven local artists will be showing their latest work done in a wide variety of media and styles:

• Diana Barbour uses leaded glass in new and unusual ways and is available to create custom designs for her clients.
• Suzanne Ehrmann creates jewelry using the natural textures, hues, shapes and patterns of many different semi-precious stones, gems and materials.
• Gill mixes found and unrelated objects with a large dose of whimsy in order to create unique and unexpected sculptures.
• Donna Ikkanda views the subject matter of her digital prints as landscapes from the without and the within, landscapes colored by our memories.
• Victoria Kaiser will be showing a number of her original wearable art knit creations utilizing the colors and patterns of the natural world.
• Charles Knecht's paintings create a sense of atmosphere that evokes the breathable air, distance and natural light of our California landscape.
• Rubeca Saldivar produces both photographs and acrylic paintings that make the well-known, well-seen.
• Maud Simmons paints in order to work out life's inconsistencies, its despair and disappointments but, also, its mysterious and boundless beauty.
• Adam Paul Thrope hand draws, using pen and ink, meticulously crafted Op Art creations that are songs for your eyes.
• Julia Wong will be showing her delicate jewelry containing pearls, semi-precious gemstone beads and swarovski crystals.
• Carol Wood's large watercolor landscapes evoke feelings of peace and serenity while incorporating rich and sometimes unexpected colors.
